Starting a microblog

I’ve been wanting to add a microblog to this site for awhile: a place for quick thoughts, not fully fleshed out ideas, posts that only need to be 50 words or so.

I’m starting out RSS only, but once I figure out a nice layout with proper pagination I’ll probably add a frontend. Or not 🤷‍♂️

Inspiration

Nick Wynja keeps a log, a microblog by another name, that is RSS only. Here’s the link to his feed. Super cool idea, share some thoughts with a small RSS circle while keeping your personal blog more for well formed posts.

I also really like Micro.blog.
