Relenting on the Oxford comma

I’ve never been a fan of the Oxford comma, perhaps mostly because I find the people who insist on the loudest to be rather annoying in general. But I’ve slowly been coming around, and have to use it at work, rather I decided not to pick this hill.

Anyway, there might actually be a decent argument for it: it works better with screen readers. This likely goes beyond the mere Oxford comma. Well punctuated sentences are easier for everyone to read.
